My Journey Through Menopause: What Ultimately Worked For Me



Menopause. No one really prepares you for this, do they? It’s like one day you’re in your prime, and the next, you're googling 'why am I sweating so much?'


And the weight gain?! My body and I have always had a love-hate relationship. We've had our ups and downs, but nothing quite like this latest phase.


Lately, my waistline has been expanding quite literally like a beluga.
